How are appointments made?

  • Appointments are made by calling our Appointment Desk at (760) 746-3703 and press “3” and a member of the scheduling team will assist you
  • We discourage “walk-in” visits, and recommend that your always call first to expedite an appointment.
  • Urgent care appointments are available daily for urgent medical problems.
  • Routine Office Visits or follow-up Visits are scheduled daily.
  • Saturday Urgent Care is available for our patients ‘by appointment’.

Can services be billed?

Copays and deductibles will be collected at the time of service. Any services we provide that is not covered benefit of your health plan will be your financial responsibility. If you are a private pay patient, payment in full will be collected on the date of service.

How do I get my prescription refilled?

If you need a prescription refilled from a local pharmacy please call your pharmacy and allow 3 working days to authorize and process your prescription.   If you receive refills from a mail order pharmacy please allow 10 working days to allow for authorization, processing and shipping.   We recommend that when you get down to the last 2-3 weeks of medication you contact your pharmacy for a refill and they will contact your doctor.

Due to new laws regarding ‘Vicodin/Hydrocodone” you will have to contact the office when you need a refill. The physician is now required to write the prescription and you will need to pick it up at the office. We do ot refill these medications afterhours or weekends.

I left a message for my provider. How soon can I expect to hear back?

You may call the office and one of our telephone team will be happy to assist you. She will send your message to your Physician/Medical Assistant using our online messaging system. The second way to leave a message is to call the office and press “5” and you will be prompted to leave a voicemail message. If the doctor and the medical assistant are busy with scheduled patients, they may not be able to respond to your message immediately. Our policy is to return messages by the following business day or sooner, depending on the urgency of the message. Please allow this time before leaving another message.

Should I fill out my registration forms before my visit?

Yes, we would appreciate it if you completed your New Patient forms in advance and bring them with you to your first visit.
